Post buying this product, I read all the reviews posted. People were not able to operate this product and I did a little research on how to charge the battery and use it. Frankly, the product is nice and TITAN has thought of doing something different. They should have also thought a little of the people who will using this product. I was very much frustrated when I charged this watch (sunlight/torch/office lights/home lights) for 2 days and still the watch did not charge properly. There are many watches available in the market in the same price range which will save all the embarrassment.I reached out to the nearby titan store and asked them if they had a unit kept, they showed me the unit they had and it was working fine. I asked the charging time it takes and they said - "we keep these watches in a glass closet surrounded by LED lights all day". That was the reason their showroom product was working fine.Excellent Design. Every element of the watch has been crafted for finesse. Works great. Looks stunning. Yet another world class product by Titan.Amazon did a great job in delivering this before time.I like this watch but not working at all I m taking refund.Not happy with the productNo stamp of the dealer on warranty card...Moreover it's a defective piece as I am unable to adjust the time as the time setting( knob)key is not workingThe watch was received with a dead battery
