I like the large face on the watch and it is very simple and easy to start using. I've never even used a smart watch before this one and I had no problem setting it up. It was very easy to go to the bluetooth list on my phone and choose the IDW19 option to connect to it. Since then I've used other smart watches and it is not as easy. I still can never find this other brand one but this one is very easy to hook up. It's also a really reasonable price and is much cheaper than the Apple ones which do the same thing. This one monitors sleep, heart rate, steps plus more and it controls Spotify songs from my wrist whether I'm in the car or at home. I love that it answers calls and receives texts. I don't think I can text back with it but I mioght just not know how. The only thing that is wrong with it to me is that it always says my REM sleep is zero and my deep sleep is twice asd long. I only know that because I also have the IDW20 version which gives me the correct REM sleep and the correct deep sleep numbers and the deep sleep is always half of the other watch. To me it's not a big deal at all and it doesn't bother me. I love the silicone band and I am aware that pretty much all of them have that feature but I just like how easy they are to clean. The watch faces are nice and I love how you can pick different watch faces to download for free. They are fairly durable watches but a semi-hard strike to the face will crack the screen which usually breaks the watch. This is OK because they are not costing hundreds of dollars and if you break one it's not a huge loss. And so far these watches are the best ones I've owned. The app is a little too battery consuming for my phone. I do wish it used less battery on your phone but the app likes to stay running constantly to best be in sync with the watch. The battery of the watch lasts a long time but the app drains my battery in a few hours. I have to almost constantly charge my phone to keep it from dying. My phone is kind of old now but I never had a battery problem until I started using these watches. Also kind of annoying is how they tend to just hook themselves up to my phone and I often have to kick them off again when they are merely charging somewhere in the house. I was trying to connect more than one at the same time but I would connect to the IDW19 but when I tried connecting to the IDW20 it kicked out the IDW19. But when they are just charging I'll connect to a diffrent brand watch and both IDW19 and IDW20 is connected to my phone in the Bluetooth list and I have to manually kick them off because I'm not even wearing them. They will do this and drain the battery back to zero and then I'll have to charge them again so I wish they were smarter or just not do things unless I tell them to do things.
