The smart watch was too big and the wrist-band was an ugly color, not the color displayed on website.I never turned on the product so I can not comment on it.It works just like you would want it to. I like that you can pick how the face looks.I do wish the band was thinner.The heart rate an spO2 report accurately but the BP reports as 160\80 at the same time my doctor got my BP as being 104/62. This has happened numerous times. I would also like to be able to choose swimming as an exercise (if it is ok to swim with the watch on). I have not gotten an answer about the watch being waterproof or water resistantLet's start with the pros. It keeps time, and it seems to get heart rate and O2 correct, but that's about it. My first 400 steps today apparently happened before I woke up. Oh, and my first hour-and-half of sleep occurred while I was watching TV in my recliner and playing games on my phone. (I can assure you I wasn't sleeping at the time.) The blood pressure algorithm is off. It consistently says the systolic pressure is about 30 points higher than it is with a real reading. (Diastolic seems to be fairly accurate.)In the end, the point of owning one of these is to track steps, and it doesn't do that well at all. If you want to pretend you've taken way more steps than you really have, then this will lie to you nicely. It says I'm sleeping when awake and walking when sleeping, and if that works for you, then you'll love it. More important, when I do walk, it over counts steps--way over counts. I had a cheap watch that worked well for just over a year, so I know these inexpensive smart/sport watches can work as step trackers, but this one doesn't. I don't think it's just a glitch with this one watch given how consistently the BP results are off, but who knows? Still, I'd opt for something else with a track record.When it stays charged it works great. That's I rated it 2 stars.Set up was easy. Worked fine. The battery ran down. Hooked it up to charge. Now it won't take a charge. Quit working within a month. Disappointed!!This has way more features than expected and I like it so much plan to buy one for my daughter.
